What service do you use to ship out orders?
All orders are shipped with USPS
What countries can you ship orders to?
I can only ship orders to the US at the moment
How long will my order take to arrive?
For US orders, it will take about 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Do orders come with tracking?
Tracking is not available
Can I return my order?
I cannot accept any returns with the exception of there being a mistake with the order on my end (like sending the wrong item). If there are any issues with your order, do not hesitate to contact me ASAP!
Can I change the address on my order if I put the wrong one?
If the order has not yet shipped, then the address for your order can be corrected. However, if the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed and I cannot be held responsible if the order is sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to a wrong address on the buyer's part. If the order is returned to me by USPS, it can be re-shipped for an additional shipping fee.
